Public bug reported: Hi,
Since I migrate to Ubuntu Hardy 8.04, when I create a new access to a windows share with a specified target directory, Nautilus opens and shows me the right directory I asked. (eg: smb://[EMAIL PROTECTED]/share/dir) But once I close Nautilus, and then I click on the shortcut created on the desktop, Nautilus doesn't open the directory but the windows share. (eg: smb://[EMAIL PROTECTED]/share). This is very annoying because we do not let read access on the share so nothing is displayed on smb://[EMAIL PROTECTED]/share. I would like Nautilus opens with the directory displayed directly. It's impossible to correct properties on this shortcut... ** Affects: ubuntu Importance: Undecided Status: New -- Accessing a directory inside a windows share gets forgotten in Nautilus https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/224769 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
