Thanks for attaching the log. From looking through it there seem to be some corrupt entries in your source list. The upgrade-manager is trying to find a repository called 'multiversehttp://de.packages.medibuntu.org//source/Sources'. This is clearly not a valid name for a repository server. Could you please attach the file /etc/apt/sources.list. Have you edited this file manually at any point?
