I notice the problem with "James and the Giant Peach," "Shrek," "The Polar Express," and "The Lord of the Rings -- The Two Towers." These are only the first four disks that I've tried. I expect that I would have the same trouble with every DVD I put in. I wouldn't expect you to be able to reproduce it. Is there another way we can go about troubleshooting? I'm not sure where to begin.
