To help the developers be able to fix this bug, I'd like you to answer
some questions about the situation.

Could you please attach a copy of /etc/X11/xorg.conf ?  It sounds like
whatever driver you're using isn't working correctly.

What model is the Toshiba laptop?  Surf to
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/LaptopTestingTeam and see if anybody else has
reported information about that model.

What's the bug number for the mouse and keyboard session bug?

Are you able to use this laptop at all now, or have you been using
another computer this whole time?
