Thx Rolf, now I've got the 6.6.3-2ubuntu6 package and after dpkg --force-conflicts -i it worked. I know it isn't the save way, but I need suspend. But what I not understand is why debian 6.6.3-2 and ubuntu 6.6.3-2ubuntu6 are reacting in such different way. Was the debian package the grounding for the ubuntu once ?Was there any additional patch to the debian package? Also a strange behavior is the X is now on my VT 9. I'm very confused at the moment, but still looking for the change what cause this problem.
