Public security bug reported:
Version 8.04 LTS - On startup (usuallly the first boot on the day) GNOME
desktop freezes , after choosing a user and inserting the password, I
only get a BLACK SCREEN, with the bar on top. Programs will work
normally. A reboot will fix the problem.
