It looks like the time when the bug occurred isn't in the error logs. Can you please reproduce the problem, reboot and check if the exact time the crash happened is in /var/log/kern.log.0 or in /var/log/kern.log If it's in the first file I mentioned please attach it with /var/log/dmesg.0. If that time is in the other file please attach /var/log/kern.log and /var/log/dmesg again. Sorry for the trouble. Thanks in advance.
