Thank you for reporting this issue. Lets first see if this is a bug or
is unique to your setup...
I guess the first step will be to determine if your having any other internet
problems... In firefox are you having problems connecting
to websites? I did look at the attachments that you provided but didn't see
any error messages that could shed some light on the problem.
Could you try the following test for me? Could you connect again using
UMTS and try telneting to messenger.hotmail.com on port 1863 for me...
What I am looking for is confirmation that the port can be connected to.
Please let me know if there is an error reply.
