I have not modules cx8800 or et131x loaded, but there is same bug in Hardy final release! ksoftirqd/0 eats about 25%, but not all time. This happens sometimes and until I restart laptop. Actually, I can't restart normally, because after Ubuntu continues unloading screen fills by gray color with vertical lines of different colors...
My machine is: Aser Aspire 5290G Core2Duo T5550 1,83GHz Nvidia 8600GS Maybe it is because proprietary video driver?...
