Just want to point out that the bug still persists in Hardy. I have two workspace switchers with settings to 6 workspaces in 2 rows. Reproducably, one of them changes settings to just 1 row after rebooting. I can remove it from the panel and add again with new (=old) settings, but after rebooting or hibernating it goes back to 1 row.
I have upgraded from Dapper, where it was working fine.
