Hi, I confirmed this report as there are several people reporting the same symptoms, and I was seeing the issue. Following a reboot I no longer see the issue, so I am not able to debug currently.
Could someone who is seeing the issue look at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingNetworkManager and try and provide some more information about what is going on.
