I was wrong when I said that it doesn't work with new iwl3945 previously (https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/190968/comments/13). In fact that was the AP that doesn't allow me to associate with it (mac address filtering) and this may be the explanation of "reason=7" error.
