Any chance this is going to be fixed sometime soon? Can confirm problem still exists with Hardy main release, using a TP- Link WN610 PCMCIA card (Atheros) on a WPA2 network.
Restarting machine causes the wireless network configuration to change from WPA2 to WPA. When I reopen the network settings dialog and change from WPA back to WPA2 then close the dialog, then open it again the connection is still WPA2 but the password has now been blanked.
