Binary package hint: emacs
When starting emacs with
emacs -q foo.txt
the splash is displayed, after which *scratch* gets focused. This is
different from previous behaviour where foo.txt gets the focus.
This does not happen if the splash is not displayed, i.e. with
emacs -Q foo.txt
