In my opinion, this is not a bug, this is a feature.
This means some parts of the file had errors and had
to be downloaded again. So yes, in the end, it had downloaded
more bytes than was contained in the file.
So I guess, I will reject this bug. Feel free to reopen it if you think
the explanation is not good enough.
