Tim, Thank you for the fix. We finally get the HW in Dell and Scott help to verify your fix on this issue with our prototype finally and proved to pass the NIC test. You can go on to officially publish it according to your process. Just one question to you, how will you provide the fix to us, by using NIC driver deb to fix both initrd.img and modules or just include it in kernel update?
