I confirm that installing flashplayer 10 beta and libflashsupport solves crashes and problems with other audio applications. Installing only flash 10 without libflashsupport does not let other applications play sound while a flash video is playing. With both installed, flash player does not block audio output from other applications and can be launched and play sound when some sound is already being playing. In the same condition, flash 9 + libflashsupport crashed and flash 9 without libflashsupport did not play audio.
