Hi Simon, Sorry for the delayed response here :/ Even though this is an issue which exists upstream, it would be great to get it fixed regardless. Bugs which exist upstream will always affect Ubuntu users since we rebase with the upstream kernel so it's good to get them resolved. Would you mind opening an upstream bug report at http://bugzilla.kernel.org . I often witness that once a bug is opened upstream there is a quick resolution through the help and support of the upstream kernel community. For help with reporting bugs upstream, take a look at the following link:
