Public bug reported:

In the morning, every morning, I have to unplug and plugin my mouse at after my
first boot in the day.
After that... if I ever do a warm boot, It works fine...
If I try to test it and do a cold boot durring the day after having run the
system in the morning, it still works.
Infact, I have killed the power to the entire house... and then booted after 30
minutes of no power, and it still bootted with mouse support.
Talk abot a weird one.
But every once in a while on a cold reboot, I have to replugin the mouse.
My wafe that also uses the computer has never ever seen the issue. I boot the
computer first in the morning every morning.
So there is some different between booting durring the day after my first boot,
and the next day. Could it really have to do with the calander working past
midnight? NUTS!
