Im marking as invaild for a few reasons. First reporting with help > preport a
problem gives us more information that will help us help you since it isnt
attached here. secondly your bug doesnt not contain any info including errors
that will help us. third your bug doesnt have a back trace or crash report
needed to help you
Please file a new report using either Apport or Help > Report a problem since
apport either isnt enabled or the bug is not a crash please obtaina backtrace
and please read the following links that may help you report a bug more
effectively
http://www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/~sgtatham/bugs.html
and
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/MozillaTeam/Bugs
We are unable to help push this bug any further without the information needed
including back trace and errors warnings versions of packages steps to
reproduce ect
By filing a new bug with the infoa nd ways as above it makes everyones life
easier by giving us more info that we need (maybe not all but more) that in
turn means we have to ask you for less info.
It also would have been nice instead of worrying about bug status you could
have answered the questions i asked for.
This is how firefox users should report bugs that is why we added that menu
item and why apport is used. Apport is not enabled by default on released
Ubuntu versions.
