Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: nautilus

After a while many directories in the home directory (not all) disappear and
are no longer visible in nautilus. When I open a shell, are directories are
displayed and can be accessed, but the will not be displayed in nautilus.
When I do a reboot of the computer, it works fine again.
