It looks like there is no language-pack-gnome for Brazilian Portugese, so basically you are asking to include this. Have no idea if the changes between Portugese and Brazilian Portugese justify a seperate language pack. Subscribing the Ubuntu Brazilian Portuguese Translators and Ubuntu language pack builders team, perhaps they can answer that question.
