Binary package hint: gnome-system-tools
Well, this afternoon I've been using my computer and then he turned it off.
When I returned to turn on for install a package I did not have access to sudo.
He looked at "Users and Groups" and all privileges were deselected! So I
rebooted as a failsafe and I have managed.
