Public bug reported: I have a Compaq Presario C756CA (from the C700 series).
This laptop features a "hardware" network WiFi disable switch that sits above the keyboard. It is a standard click button -- press it once, the wifi card is disabled. Press it again, it is enabled. The button works correctly -- network wifi will disable and enable at the click of the button. However, the button is illuminated -- and there is another wifi indicator on the front led status panel which mirrors this button indication. It should be BLUE when the Wifi is enabled, and ORANGE when it is disabled. In Hardy, WIFI Enabled indicator is ALWAYS "disabled" (aka, displays ORANGE) -- never indicates enabled (BLUE).
