@Rolf: please try to be civil.  It is actually the Ubuntu security
team's work that is published in Debian.

blacklist.RSA-1024 is a non-standard key size, and as such was intentionally 
not included in the security update.  If you want to use the "-extra" blacklist 
package yourself, you can easily install them from Debian:
ftp://ftp.debian.org/debian/pool/main/o/openssh-blacklist/openssh-blacklist-extra_0.3_all.deb
