verification done: - test with nautilus from hardy (1:2.22.2-0ubuntu6), followed the test case, after clicked on the unmaximize button the window is not restored to the previous size as step 1. - test with nautilus from proposed (1:2.22.3-0ubuntu1), followed the test case, after clicked on the unmaximize button the window is restored to the size on step 1 (1/4 of the screen). bug is fixed, thanks.
