Actually, I think it's just Ctrl+Shift+NumLock. But xkbset is no longer necessary because using Ctrl+Shift+NumLock turns mousekeys on and leaves it on through reboot. The only way I've gotten xkbset to (sorta) work is by placing it in a script inside ~/.kde/Autostart , which is the startup folder under kde. But it seems like a waste of time now that mousekeys persist through reboots.
