Looking through the possible workarounds - I still have not found any solution that works. When I upgraded I soon discovered the error and was genuinely surprised that such fundamental error had not already been fixed or communicated out by the developers. But now after some time trying basically all the fixes I get the distinct gut(-sy??*S*) feeling the source of the problem may derive from multiple sources - of which the upgrade from Gutsy to Hardy is one.
