*** This bug is a duplicate of bug 60053 *** I think I can confirm that the issue has something to do with the WLAN kill switch (see bug 60053).
With WLAN deactivated (kill switch on) the system came up 1 time out of 5 tries. With WLAN activated it came up every time out of 3 tries.
