Seems like running eclipse with this parameter makes Eclipse look more stable:
# eclipse -vmargs -client I only did that due to the fact that the error is happening inside "jre/lib/i386/server/libjvm.so" and running with "-client" makes it use "/jre/lib/i386/client/libjvm.so".
