i experienced a similar problem running the stock amada-server in Hardy for HP StorageWorks DAT 72 USB. the problem is solved when i modified the tapetype directive in amanda.conf:
define tapetype dat72e { comment "HP DAT 72" readblocksize 64 kbytes length 35480 mbytes filemark 0 kbytes speed 2906 kps } the key mod is "readblocksize 64 kbytes" i got the idea from here <http://wiki.zmanda.com/index.php/Amanda.conf#TAPETYPE_SECTION> -- amanda maxblocksize too high for HP Ultrium 1-SCSI drive https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/136456 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
