This is not esculisive to nvidia chipsets. I have an ATI radeon card and intel 3100 graphics on board and I'm havint the same problem with both GPU's. Just did -18 upgrade via reposiories today, did not fix the problem. I will try -19 again but didn't work last time on my system.
