Binary package hint: ubufox
I successfully installed mozilla-bookmarksftp by using the "Get Ubuntu
Addons" link from with Firefox Add-ons window. And the subsequent
Install/Remove Extensions window that opened up from that link. I used
the add-on successfully a number of times (which of course, included
firefox restarts).
I then wanted to uninstall mozilla-bookmarksftp from the same Firefox
Add-ons window. However, the Uninstall button is greyed out. So, I tried
to Uninstall it via the same Install/Remove Extensions window. However,
mozilla-bookmarksftp no longer appears at all in that list of
extensions.
As I read it that the "Get Ubuntu Addons" functionality is provided by
ubufox, I believe it to be a bug that you cannot install via the
Install/Remove Extensions window.
