Public bug reported:

When I turn on the PC the network manager connects fine to my router and
obtains an IP automatically

but when I do a restart, it cannot obtain an IP .. the result appaarent
in Knetworkmanager is that my IP 0.0.0.0

During the noted restart process, there appears to be error messages
related to NetworkManager in relation to D-Bus

I cannot read the exact error because it scrolls fast .. and I don't
know where a log resides if any

It appears it cannot reconnect except when I turn the PC off then I turn
it on again

interface: eth0

Router: 3com officesuite

Release: Kubuntu Hardy Heron

** Affects: ubuntu
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
