Unfortunately you have not provided enough information to help us look
into this bug. Can you please specify the version of knetworkmanager you
are having in your computer?

By "restart" do you mean, clicking on shutdown icon and selecting
restart from it, or shutting down the machine, waiting for sometime and
then turning it on again? When you encounter the bug, does manually
configuring the IP address works? If so, what happens when you shutdown
the machine and start it after some time?

In addition can you also follow

log to your log report as a separate individual attachment to the
