Public bug reported:

When running on battery power, guidance-power-manager warns that the battery is 
getting
low when it is still 95% charged!  Worse, it forces hibernation when the 
battery still has
plenty of capacity left.  Maybe it is confused by the fact that the laptop 
reports two battery
slots, though only one is physically present, i.e. it is only possible to have 
one battery
plugged in.  klaptop didn't have this problem.  I took a snapshot of /proc/acpi 
after the
guidance-power-manager warning.  Here's what was in /proc/acpi/battery:
