Marked as a duplicate of 33394. Note that removing the ubuntu-minimal
package does not, in itself, adversely afflict the system. I have
performed this operation on my own computer, and it continues to run and
reboot just fine. That having been said, ubuntu-minimal really should
depend on system-log-daemon, rather than sysklogd.
