I just synced any config directory and config file in my main users home directory with another test profile to see if the problem has anything to do with a user defined setting inside the home directory. The result is still the same: The known "Locking assertion failure" when calling openoffice with my main user and no problem with the test user account. Is there any user-specific config or cache related to Open Office/GTK which could produce this problem?
