Public bug reported: Binary package hint: openoffice.org
I had a couple of forms made in OOo base that have Listboxes in order to show, in a popdown menu, data from a MySQL db. Things did run just smooth until OOo 2.3 (ubuntu 7.10); after upgrade to 8.04 and OOo 2.4: Listboxes didn't show menus anymore (no changes were made to base file after upgrading), they just have an empty list; changing listboxes with comboboxes works, BUT, after .odb file is saved, if I try to reopen it, OOo complains it's a file type it doesn't recongnize and propose to choose a filter, there's no filter for base documents so I'm stuck with a document I cannot use. This bug is driving me crazy since I cannot fix the menus without corrupting the file itself. Any help will be much appreciated, thanx!
