Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: totem

When playing an MP3 file, using the scroll bar to seek in the song non-
deterministically makes totem to stop playing the music. No other action
restarts playing, except exiting totem and starting the song again.

[Hard Heroin here :-P]

Steps to reproduce:
1. Click on an MP3 file in nautilus
2. Totem opens up and the music starts playing
3. Use the scroll bar to seek into the song many times
4. Sometimes the music stops playing
