harold: I also get that after every reboot. I'm in Seattle, US, but it says I'm somewhere in either Africa or Asia--don't remember which. However, that never causes me any problems. The weather information still shows up and the timezone of my system is still correct. Have you made sure to set the _computer_'s timezone to Europe/Amsterdam too? (See the screenshots in the bug that I attached above.)
