Dell: usplash 0.4-32
/etc/usplash.conf:

T40: /etc/usplash.conf shows xres=1280 and yres=1024. I changed it to
1024 and 768 respectively, then dpkg-reconfigure usplash, then it
worked.

Problem 1: why it said 1280x1024? My monitor clearly cannot accept this
resolution.
Problem 2: we cannot fallback even if config is wrong?
