** Description changed: I've been having issues with random pages, unfortunately the only page I can reproduce the behavior consistently on is 4chan's site (http://img.4chan.org/b/imgboard.html). I deeply apologize in advance for any offensive material you will come across on this page. It is the sewer of the Internet. If I could find a better example page, believe me, I honestly would. It appears that some javascript on 4chan's page triggers some weird behavior with how it renders it. All other applications, and 3D rendering work fine, as do all other pages I surf in Firefox. I'm running Hardy (64bit) on an Nvidia 8600GT with Firefox 3.0 RC1 (from hardy-proposed, the bug also happens in 3.0 beta 5, which I upgraded from to see if it corrected the behavior, which it didn't). The only extensions I have running are Adblock Plus and ForecastFox. I've removed them and Firefox still has problems rendering that specific page. - Attached is a desktop video (OGG via Istanbul) showing exactly what - happens. + This issue has also been reported on certain Wikipedia image pages: + + Some Wikipedia image pages where the issue occurs: + http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:Xubuntu_8.04.png + http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:Asus_Eee_proportions.png + http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:Energy_Australia_Building.jpg + http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:KDE_4.png + http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:The_Normal_Distribution.svg + + Some Wikipedia image pages where the issue does not occur: + http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:Halo_masterchief_unreal_ps3.jpg + http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:Verdeja_front.jpg + http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:Osaka07_D5A_Usain_Bolt.jpg + http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:Linux_Mint_4.0.png + + WARNING: The following attached desktop video is of a highly offensive + pornographic shock site (4chan).
