Public bug reported:
Icons for removable media pile on top of each other in the same spot at
the top left of the desktop.
Example:
- A second windows hard-drive is connected to the computer from boot-up.
- Once logged in, insert a DVD to you DVD-drive. The DVD icon is automatically
placed on the desktop at the top-left.
- Go to Places and click on your windows hard-drive. The hard-drive icon is
automatically added to the desktop on top of the DVD icon.
I have experienced this bug many times in Ubuntu 8.04. Attached is a
screen shot of the bug.
