I am so glad I found this page. This was driving me crazy and 4chan was the only site where I consistently encountered this. I would see it every now and then, but very infrequently. 4chan was a definite issue pretty much on every single page.
I adjusted the font size via CTRL+scrollwheel and the page renders correctly, but normal size it gets all out of whack. If I switch tabs and come back to 4chan, what was on the previous tab now displayed on the 4chan tab at the top. I would have to scroll down then up to clear the page of the previous tab's render. Very frustrating!
