Ok, I'm sorry, I also posted a link before to a newer and open source version of the driver that works better with unprotected networks than the one provided with ubuntu. Also I saw many other posts with workarounds on other bug reports so I though that talking of how to make ndiswrapper working with this card was not completely out of place.
