Thanks for the hint, Henning. Actually, I have changed the ISP so I no longer have the environment to test this problem again. Nevertheless, you're, most probably, right about /etc/resolvconf/interface-order.
The only concern I still have is whether NetworkManager should make changes to interface-order by itself, or maybe provide some UI for this.
