Ah, I'd been using bad syntax, I had spaces around the = in <package>=<version>. I've now got the symbols :)
Unfortunately, I've just looked for my core dump, and it's missing... looks like it fell victim to cron... /etc/cron.daily/apport:find /var/crash -mindepth 1 -mtime +7 -print0 | xargs -0 rm -f Sorry I can't go any further with this now, at least I'll know what to look out for next time. I'm going to increase my apport cron.daily entry to clean out after 28 days, and see if I can get the DebuggingProgramCrash wiki entry enhanced to show the syntax for specifying the version for those of us still learning! -- evolution crashed with SIGSEGV https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/239702 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
