Public bug reported: I have a Hardy installation that is updated on an almost daily basis. I have been having this problem with rhythmbox since i installed Hardy. I was hopeful that it would have gotten resolved by now, since that wasn't the case I wanted to log a report and send some problem data.
Distributor ID: Ubuntu Description: Ubuntu 8.04 Release: 8.04 Codename: hardy Package: rhythmbox Section: gnome Architecture: i386 Version: 0.11.5-0ubuntu8 I have encountered the problem will all files large and small. Essentially I start playing something and then I pause. When I press play again the elapsed time slider goes back to 0 and the pause icon is still visible adjacent to the file that was being played. Subsequent presses of the play button produce no results at all. I obtained an strace listing then I was forced to do a kill -HUP on the process to complete the capture. The resulting strace file is approximately 200 mbytes in size. I compressed using "gzip --best" to insure that the size would be tolerated by Malone. Good Luck! ** Affects: rhythmbox (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- [Hardy]: Rhythmbox Won't resume after pause https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/242439 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
