  * Merge from debian unstable, remaining changes:
    - added 01_fix_missing_semicolon.patch to make database-support compile
      again
    - due to this patch --enable-database=yes has been added to debian/rules
    - also addresses LP: #219109 and supersedes it somehow, debian and
      upstream informed about changes
